Delete your account
You’re always in control of your Inck account. You can delete it yourself in the app, or use the request form below if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Inck app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What happens when you delete your account
- Deletion takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period.
- Your personal data is anonymized and your login is disabled.
- Uploaded personal files — your avatar, verification documents and intro video — are permanently deleted.
- Financial records (orders and payments), ratings and lesson history are kept in anonymized form for legal, accounting and the other party’s records.
- Chat messages you sent are kept for the other participant, but shown as sent by "Deleted user".
- Support tickets you opened (and their attachments) are deleted; payout bank details are masked to the last four digits and kept only for payout audit.
- Deletion is declined while you still have booked future lessons or pending payouts — complete or cancel them first, then try again.
